I am proof that your course WORKS!

Hi Tian, I just wanted to tell you that I spent the last 2 days on your Get Published course and I absolutely loved it!! Such a wealth of information! Every single interview was packed with fantastic insights. I am at the very start of my publishing journey and I'm so happy I found your course. I have now made my first ever design submission Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge in this way. Best wishes from Australia! Pam

I was feeling very intimidated.

I was feeling very intimidated and that my expertise level wasn’t at it yet. I felt like I had to be a huge designer to be able to send out submissions to big companies.

The course has helped me ease some doubts and has definitely made me feel confident because it has explained step by step what needs to be done. It doesn’t feel like I am stepping into the unknown and it makes me feel confident that by following the steps and advice you and others have shared in the series I have a kind of checklist I can go through before submitting anything.

I have been thinking more and more about submitting designs and approaching bigger name companies for collaborations. It has definitely been the push I needed.

My next step is submitting 2 designs for the KP submission call. And I have also began prepping other designs that I want to keep handy because I want to start gearing more into submissions next year.

3rd party publication wasn’t a thought or consideration!

3PL [3rd party publication] wasn’t a thought or consideration. It [Get Published] created an awareness of 3PL [3rd party publication] as a path to build and expand my Brand, share with others as well as reflect an under-represented group and aesthetic (on many levels) in the fiber arts world.

I have applied for WC IDP [WeCrochet Independent Designer Partnership] as well as a couple of other “get published or featured” opportunities.

Complete paperwork for my first ever 3PL [3rd party publication] design idea, prep for a Yarn Supplier feature, Complete final samples, etc, for IDP proposal submitted.
