I was feeling very intimidated.
I was feeling very intimidated and that my expertise level wasn’t at it yet. I felt like I had to be a huge designer to be able to send out submissions to big companies.
The course has helped me ease some doubts and has definitely made me feel confident because it has explained step by step what needs to be done. It doesn’t feel like I am stepping into the unknown and it makes me feel confident that by following the steps and advice you and others have shared in the series I have a kind of checklist I can go through before submitting anything.
I have been thinking more and more about submitting designs and approaching bigger name companies for collaborations. It has definitely been the push I needed.
My next step is submitting 2 designs for the KP submission call. And I have also began prepping other designs that I want to keep handy because I want to start gearing more into submissions next year.
